EXCUSES EACH MONTH to get out of exercising and improving your health
Here goes….are you ready. ๐๐๐
January – donโt have the money ๐ด (But you have just booked your summer holiday which is costing thousands). ๐
February – no point as going out for Valentines Day and the kids have a week off for half term and we are going skiing. โท
March – itโs our anniversary so going away for the weekend (please feel free to move this to your anniversary month). ๐ฉ ๐ฐ
Itโs our daughterโs birthday and she is having a party too so no point until after that!๐ ๐
April – oh definitely not.. it is Easter/Spring break and I want to enjoy my chocolate eggs so no point starting it now especially as the kids are off. ๐ ๐ฅ ๐ฐ
May – it is half term and I donโt want to do it unless I can do it properly. Going to wait for a better time. And also there are two Bank Holiday weekends and I donโt want to miss out on the fun.๐ โ๏ธ
June – oh no I need to lose weight quick so wonโt be able to do your program as I want faster results…picked up some of those weight loss tablets from Boots…youโre meant to lose 10lbs in a week! ๐ ๐ซ
July – no point starting now as the kids are breaking up soon and we are going on holiday and I donโt want to stop eating whatever I want. ๐โ๏ธ
August – the kids are still off and I canโt even think of exercising or nutrition until after they have gone back to school as I donโt have anyone to look after them. ๐โ๏ธ ๐
September – canโt start yet as the kids are going back to school and I need to make sure they are all sorted first and I am also going to a few concerts this month so donโt want to feel like I cant enjoy myself. ๐ ๐ซ
October – is a nightmare as the kids are on half term again and it is Halloween so there is no chance. ๐ ๐
November – is a tough one as it is Bonfire Night and usually spend that time sorting out bits for Christmas and catching up with some friends I havenโt seen for a while and they like to drink. ๐ ๐ฅ ๐ญ
December – is just completely out as there are so many parties. I want to drink the wine, eat the chocolates and the food and not feel guilty! I donโt want it to spoil my Christmas. ๐ ๐
Does this all sound familiar?
You can find an excuse every single time. There is never going to be a perfect time to start your journey. Life is always happening. So rather than keep going round this cycle every year, why not say to hell with it and start today?
