Five Days to a Healthier You

I’ve decided to share my 5 day kickstarter to health with you. This is something I usually run through Facebook, but for the duration of the shutdown, and maybe beyond, I thought it would be good to share. And I’m going to start with a post that appeared in Joel Freeman’s 10 Rounds group on Facebook, because it says everything you need to hear about the importance of keeping healthy.

“I don’t really post a lot in our group. I do however participate in a lot of conversations and give as much advice I can to help everyone. That being said, I am battling Covid 19. I have a mild case. Don’t let mild fool you. I’m so beaten up and drained and don’t wish this agony on anyone. It’s day 10 and I’m starting to really feel better. I know what is helping me recover faster than the norm and not get some of the dangerous symptoms was, my commitment to health and fitness. So please, whoever’s thinking about quitting because you think nothing is working. Don’t. You need to remember one thing, it’s the inside and out that you are committing to.”
